In this way and under the terms of the Code of Copyright and Related Rights, it’s use for private purposes will only be authorized, not withstanding more restrictive provisions contained in that Code. Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the online store Shop.4valve.pt or all or part of the elements included in it is strictly forbidden, under risk of recuring to the competent legal means against those who act in this way.
Company names, brands, as well as any distinctive signs, reproduced on this online, store are protected under the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. Reproduction or representation of all or part of these distinctive signs is strictly forbidden.
The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of Shop.4Valve.pt store, without prior written authorization granted by 4 Valve, Lda., is forbidden for purposes other than strictly personal use.
4 Valve.pt reserves the right to modify, whenever it sees fit, information on commercial conditions, products, prices, promotions and sales conditions.
It is expressly forbidden to introduce links from our online store, regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, without prior authorization from 4 Valve , Lda. The use of the 4valve.pt domain for abusive purposes, and without prior authorization, is susceptible to recourse to the competent legal means.
We take great care to ensure that the information presented is exempt from errors and whenever they occur, we proceed to correct them as soon as possible.
We suggest that you to reveiw the articles in detail for information about all their specificities.
Bearing in mind that some products are manufactured either in series or handcrafted, there may be slight differences between the image and the product itself, due to the raw materials themselves and the production process. However, we try to make the images of the products, available on the website, as trustworthy as possible.
If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the item, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
Despite our efforts, and the fact that we check prices whenever we prepare an order, it may happen that some products are priced incorrectly. If this happens, we will contact the customer by email, in order to inform him of the amount to be returned to him, if the price of the product is lower than the price advertised in the online store or to inform him of the situation, if the price is higher . In this case, we will await the customer’s decision to accept the correction or cancel the order within 14 days (from the date the occurrence was communicated to the customer).
4. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
4Valve.pt understands and recognizes the need and importance of protecting the privacy of its customers. For this reason and, in compliance with the provisions of Law 67/98, of 26 October, which regulates the protection of individuals ,with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of it, we inform you that personal data that the customer provides through the use of the online store or by registering on it, will be processed accordingly by use of an SSL security certificate.
4 Valve.pt guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers either in the registration or in the purchase process. The collection and subsequent processing of data is carried out in a secure manner, which prevents its manipulation and/or loss.
Please note, however, that although we can guarantee the confidentiality of all data provided to us by our customers, it is the responsibility of each customer to access open networks, since the circulation of personal data is done without conditions therefore running the risk of being used by unauthorized parties.
The data collected in this online store is intended for the processing of orders, invoicing, (external entities such as postoffices and carriers) any complaints or returns, as well as their use for the purposes of direct marketing and communication with customers.

All customers have the right to access, rectify, oppose and cancel their data. If you no longer wish to be part of the 4valve.pt database, you can do so at any time.

4Valve.pt’s website uses “cookies” that store special files on the client’s computer. This information helps determine the number of visitors to the website on an ongoing basis and the types of Internet browsers and operating systems used by customers. This information is used for the sole purpose of facilitating navigation on the Site and customizing the service provided to customers.
4Valve.pt is not responsible for damage caused by interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the services that may temporarily impede access to navigation or the provision of services to the User.
All products sold on the online store www.shop.4valve.pt comply with Portuguese legislation.
6. DUTIES OF USERS AND CUSTOMERS
The Client and the User undertake to respect and comply with these General Conditions of Contract and Use, namely:
- maintain and do not disclose your password to enter the online store, in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account at 4Valve.pt (when applicable)
- not use false identities and provide personal data and correct addresses, so that 4Valve.pt can properly process orders.
Refrain from storing, introducing or disseminating obscene, insulting, defamatory, xenophobic or any other content through the online store that violates the principles of law and public order.
4Valve.pt reserves the right to delete the user’s account that performs any of these actions.
The Customer is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to 4Valve.pt and undertakes to keep them updated in their registration account.
4Valve.pt is not responsible for any delays or impossibility of processing the order, specifically in the delivery thereof, when this impossibility and/or delay is due to an error or insufficiencies of the data communicated by the customer.
Purchase from persons under 18 years of age is forbidden.
Prior authorization from parents or guardians of minors to collect personal data and enter into contracts with minors under 16 and 18 years of age.
Since 4Valve.pt does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the shipping date is always considered on the business day following the payment of the order.
All orders are pending, awaiting payment for 3 days (including the day of order). After the deadline, they will be automatically canceled.
Attention: An online order alone does not represent an item guarantee.
All items you ordered will only be reserved after payment and stock confirmation.
The User may place their order online, on the website www.shop.4valve.pt, by telephone, by email (e-mail), by post.
To place your order, the user must fill in the fields on the order form, namely those of a mandatory character.
The submission of the order implies that the User is aware of and expressly accepts these General Conditions for Distance Selling, available for consultation at www.Shop.4valve.pt. and, as well, the prices and description of the products made available for sale.
In the absence of availability of the product, 4 Valve Lda undertakes to inform the User and refund the amounts that may have been paid within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.
Pursuant to the provisions of Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the amendments conferred by Decree-Law no. 62/2009, of 10 March and by Law no. 46/2012, of 29 of August), regarding e-commerce, 4 Valve Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of 4 Valve, Lda’s computers as well as in the case of the contractual proposal arriving deformed to its fate and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
8. SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping costs are indicated at Shop.4Valve.pt
We do not deliver on collect payment.
Our ability to supply is limited to stock available.
Only after checking the items is it possible to know if your order can be shipped or not.
The company 4 Valve Lda, is not responsible for any non-compliance by Post offices or Carriers. The payment for the return of orders is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The order will only be sent after payment has been made.
If you wish to make changes to your order, such as adding or removing items, change delivery address or billing, etc., you must do so within a maximum of 24 hours, before dispatch.
10. CANCELLATION, RESHIPMENT OR RETURN OF ORDERS
10 a) Order cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, you should contact us, by phone or by email, so that we can cancel it. It is not possible to cancel orders on the website.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
If you do not pay after 3 days, the order will be cancelled automatically.
In the email you will have to provide us with the order number.

In situations of Cancellation, the Refund is guaranteed and made by bank transfer.
If the cancellation occurs after the shipment, the order will have to be received and after reception, the customer will be able to exercise his right of Free Termination of Contract under the legally established terms, and described below.
In this case, return expenses are supported by the customer. These expenses are only the expenses for returning the items whose order you canceled.
10 b) ORDERS RETURN:
The customer can return items purchased from the online store. The deadline for returns can be made up to 14 days after delivery.
Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging and without any signs of opening or use.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
To make a return of an order, placed on the online store, you must contact 4Valve.pt, and you must be in possession of the order information.

Along with the item(s), you must inform your order number, name and reason for return. When the order arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you.
10 c) REFUNDING ORDERS:
The resending of orders returned to our warehouse due to incomplete or wrong addresses, or the customer’s absence at the delivery address, is made upon payment of the respective postage costs by the customer.
11. RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION OF THE CONTRACT:
In compliance with Decree Law No. 24/2014, which regulates contracts concluded at a distance, with a view to promoting transparency in commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, www.Shop.4Valve.pt informs the following:
- The consumer has the right of free termination of his contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason;
- The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the one which you acquire physical possession of the assets.
In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, which must include the following information:
- Recipient identification (if your communication is by letter);
- Sender ID – Name and Address;
- Date (if your communication is by letter);
- Order number and date online;
- Invoice-Receipt Number;
- Reference and quantity of Items to be returned;
- Signature (if your communication is by letter).
You can do this by sending us your statement in two ways:

In order for the period of free resolution to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the period for resolution.
12. EFFECTS OF THE FREE RESOLUTION
- In the event of termination of the contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive method of normal shipping we offered) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract.
- We make these refunds using bank transfer.
- We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of the goods.
- You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to be respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
- You must support the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Customer is responsible for the depreciation of the goods that result from a manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Similar to what you would do if you were to buy from a store).
Therefore, with regard to the goods to be returned, you should pay attention to the following:
The product has not been used or tampered with;
The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged.
13. PROMOTIONAL CODES
There may be active promotional codes which are advertised on our website.
Promotional items are not covered by promotional codes.
These promotional codes may or may not be used by the customer, and there is no obligation to use them.
If the customer does not place the promotional code in the space for this purpose and has already paid for the order, it is not possible to request a refund of the discount amount or items of the same value.

16. WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
AFTER SALES SERVICE
In compliance with Decree-Law 67/2003 of 8 April, amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of 21 May, 4Valve.pt informs:
Consumer Goods Warranty and After-Sales Assistance
All mobile consumer goods are covered by a 2-year compliance guarantee.
If the purchased product has a defect or breakdown, you must inform us by contacting our customer support

You must provide us with the order or invoice number as well as a brief description of the defect or problem.
Damage During Transport
If you receive a damaged packaging and/or damaged items.
Upon reception, you must check the contents and submit the complaint to the carrier in writing . Immediately afterwards (within 24 hours) you should contact us at:

If you receive an order with the packaging in good condition, but whose contents are damaged, you must (within 24 hours) get in touch with us through the above mentioned means.
We will start an investigation process, so that the situation is resolved as soon as possible.
Both in case of damage during transport or loss of the order or impossibility of delivery to the recipient, we will initiate an investigation, so it may take up to 14 working days to confirm the occurrence.
During this period we will not be able to make any refunds.
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases.
In this case, you have a period of 14 days to do so, as provided for in the Law and, referred to above in “Right of Free Termination of Contract”
Please note, however, that must not send items without prior contact with us, as they may not be received.
17. APPLICABLE LAW
All purchases made at www.shop.4valve.pt are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
If the customer is outside mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal proceedings must be forwarded to the Portuguese courts.
