Returns & Exchanges Policy
You can return purchased times from our online store up to 14 days from the date of your order reception at the delivery address.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The returned items must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging, without any signs of opening or use.
To request the return of a purchased product from our online store, please contact 4 Valve via email at 4valvehealth@4valve.pt, indicating the order data.
Claim for defective, damaged or exchanged items
If you receive an exchanged, damaged or defective item, please send an email to 4valvehealth@4valve.pt with your order number, subject and photo of the item in question. We accept complaints within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of your order reception at the delivery address.

When returning the product you must indicate the order numbere and the reason for the return.
When the order arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you.
Right of Free Resolution
In compliance with Decree Law No. 24/2014, which regulates contracts concluded at a distance, with a view to promoting transparency in commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, 4 Valve informs the following:
- The consumer has the right to terminate his contract within 14 calendar days without specifying any reason;
- The period for exercising the right of free termination expires 14 days following the day on which you acquire physical possession of the assets.
In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract by means of an unambiguous statement, which must contain the following information:
- Recipient identification (if your communication is by letter);
- Sender ID – Name and Address;
- Date (if your communication is by letter);
- Order number and date online;
- Invoice-Receipt Number;
- Reference and quantity of Items to be returned;
- Signature (if your communication is by letter).
You can do this by sending us your statement in two ways:

For the period of free resolution to be respected, it’s sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the period for resolution expiry date.
Effects of Free Resolution
- In the event of termination of the contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive method of normal shipping presented) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract.
- We make these refunds using bank transfer.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of the goods.
- You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to be respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
- You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- It is only responsible for the depreciation of the goods that result from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Similar to what you would do if you were to buy from a physical store).
Therefore, with regard to the goods to be returned, you should pay attention to the following:
- The product has not been used or tampered with;
- The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged.
- The product is complete and properly packaged in the original packaging (if the item consists of more than one piece, all pieces must be returned).
